The total allocation of the call for projects is 86,725,188 Euros.

- 5510 Hotels and other similar accommodation facilities
- 5520 Accommodation facilities for vacations and short periods
- 5530 Parks for caravans, campsites and camps
- 5590 Other accommodation services
• Textile industry. - Applicant Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized non-agricultural enterprises in the South-East Development Region, with a registered office or place of work fiscally registered in the urban environment, and for small and medium-sized non-agricultural enterprises, with headquarters or fiscally registered workplace, in the rural environment, with the exception of the territory covered by the Danube Delta ITI.
Other applicant eligibility criteria are the following:
a) has fulfilled the obligations of payment of fees, taxes, contributions and fines to the state budget, local budgets according to the legal provisions in force;
b) is not insolvent; is not in the process of dissolution, liquidation, dissolution, closure, deletion, including operational closure, is not under special administration; it is not the subject of legal proceedings in court for the situations mentioned above, nor for any other similar situation;
c) is not registered with facts sanctioned by the financial-fiscal legislation;
Eligibility of Expenses
The following are considered eligible expenses:
a) The construction/modernization/expansion of the production/service space of SMEs, including the provision of related general utilities, namely water supply, sewage, heating agent, electricity, PSI;
b) endowment with tangible assets, for example: technological equipment, machinery, work installations, furniture, computer equipment, office equipment, of the nature of fixed assets;
c) Provision of specific installations/equipment in order to achieve energy savings, as well as systems that use renewable, alternative energy sources, if they are strictly intended for use for the financed investment, e.g.: charging stations, fuel pumps heat, mini-wind turbines, air compressors, photovoltaic panels and/or systems, solar panels, etc.
d) Endowment with intangible assets, exclusively related to the operation of fixed assets that are acquired in order to carry out the financed activity: computer programs, the use of IT and intellectual property: patents, licenses, trademarks, including elements that lead to the exclusive digitization of the activity related to CAEN code for which financing is requested.
e) Circular economy activities; solutions for the recovery and reuse of raw materials, materials and products by re-introducing them into the main manufacturing process or by creating new products/services, for the development of new economic activities necessary for integration into value chains;
